Chef William Bozarth Director of Dining Services
Chef William is responsible for all food services throughout Colonial including; Westover and Berkeley Square resident meals, meals-on-wheels clients, Colonial special events, Colonial dining contract, The Coach House Tavern & Grille and Coach House Catering. Chef William is an honors graduate of the California Culinary Academy and has previously worked as the Executive Chef of The Chart House restaurant, and as the Executive Chef for Sea World in Aurora, OH.
Michael Chaputa Executive Chef
Executive Chef Michael Chaputa brings experience from the PGA National Resort & Spa in West Palm Beach, and Heathrow Country Club in Orlando, Florida. His cuisine keeps The Coach House a cut above in both service and menu - and includes favorites like Yankee Pot Roast, Beef Au Poivre, and Baked Alaska.
